Paula Holm brings more than 20 years of experience in home improvement, retail operations, franchise coaching, and business leadership. Her career began with The Home Depot and Lowe’s, where she built a strong foundation in operations, production, customer service, and team development.
At Surv, Paula focuses on building practical systems and support that help franchisees launch stronger, scale faster, and deliver a consistent customer experience. Her passion for the home improvement industry comes from years of hands-on experience and a belief that well-run service businesses can make life easier for customers while creating meaningful opportunities for owners.
Before joining Surv, Paula served in several corporate franchise roles at Re-Bath, including franchise coaching, National Accounts, onboarding, compliance, IT support, office management, and sales leadership. Those experiences gave her a well-rounded view of what franchise owners need to launch, operate, and grow confidently.
